Its about one of our client in Abu Dhabi city, we have exported 1 Ton Hot rolled bar he wanted to buy the Bar at low price. Thus brought Bar from China, but the bar failed the test Later he brought the Bar from India, but was duped by a dummy company. The customer was under heavy pressure from the end user. He was facing a legal prosecution as had under contract obliged to complete the project within a specific time frame. He went to several big European brands but all of them offered delivery of 12-15 weeks. He again resorted to buying from a few select Indian and Korean Suppliers. We got the mail. We replied within 25 minutes. He asked for a Third Party Inspection and a 3.2 Certification. We accepted the terms. Within a span of 90 minutes we had the sales contract from the client. We supplied the goods and the client was relieved from the heavy pressure he was under. Monel 404 Bar Useful Information
MONEL alloys contain nickel and copper as the main components. Robert Crooks Stanley discovered this alloy in 1901 while working at the International Nickel Company.There are a number of MONEL alloys available commercially including MONEL 400, 401, 404, R-405, 450 and K-500.
MONEL 404 has a relatively high copper content, hence is suitable for electric and electronic applications. The content of the elements that make up the MONEL 404 is adjusted such that the alloy has a very low Curie temperature, low permeability and good brazing characteristics
