Its about one of our client in Abu Dhabi city, we have exported 1 Ton Hot rolled Bars he wanted to buy the Bars at low price. Thus brought Bars from China, but the Bars failed the test Later he brought the Bars from India, but was duped by a dummy company. The customer was under heavy pressure from the end user.
